Really Bill? Where does the 2A spell that out? If that did indeed come out of Heller, it is the opinion of a judge, not of a constitutional nature. The 2A does not distinguish any difference in "killing power" of any firearm. All firearms are capable of killing. The 2A isn't about killing, it's about ...
