Well.... there's no doubt imo that it doesn't matter how the law is written. Once signed, a lawsuit will be filed by Bloomberg & others. Ultimately, it will be decided by the supreme court.
If you go back to the specifics of the Obamacare case a few years back. There were many at the time stating, the precedent being used would open the door for national reciprocity.
My point is..... Even if fast tracked through congress, NR wont REALLY be the law of the land until the Supreme ...
